Dream Championship 2023 Official Streamers Wanted!
We are looking for streamers who will make DREAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2023 exciting!
We are looking for streamers to commentate on the official Final Regional Qualifiers & Final Tournament stream, and enjoy the matches with their fans!
How to Stream
Anyone with their own YouTube channel can stream via the following methods:
– Simulcast using the official Livestream page
– Stream using “Spectator” mode
* Official streams must contain not only footage of the stream, but also commentary, reactions, etc. from the streamer.
To use “Spectator” mode, select it from the app’s Online Mode and enter the match’s room on the day of the tournament. You can then stream the room’s screen on your channel and commentate on the match.
Enter the required information and submit the form below to complete your application.
Successful applicants will be contacted via Discord within one week of the application deadline. Further information will be provided (via Discord) before the start of the tournament. Please note that we will only contact applicants that have been selected for the stream.
Applicants selected as official streamers will also be announced via our Official Site, YouTube channel.

Application Requirements
Only those who fulfil all the following conditions may apply
– You run your own YouTube channel.
– You connect to Discord and are able to communicate with management from the time you apply.
* Those who have no Discord ID should obtain one from the following URL: https://Discord.com/
– You can capably communicate in either Japanese or English.
* There is no designated to stream in, but please commentate in the language you chose on the application form.
– You are able to stream any or all of the Dream Championship 2023 on your YouTube channel on the following date(s):
* The schedule is subject to change without notice.
Final Regional Qualifier Japan, Asia, Oceania Group: 21/10/2023 (Sat.) 18:00 ~ 22:30 JST
Final Regional Qualifier Americas Group: 29/10/2023 (Sun.) 09:00 ~ 13:30 JST
Final Regional Qualifier Europe & Africa Group: 04/11/2023 (Sat.) 18:00 ~ 22:30 JST
Finals Day 1: 18/11/2023 (Sat.) 16:30 ~ 22:35 JST
Finals Day 2: 19/11/2023 (Sun.) 17:00 ~ 22:00 JST
– You are able to stream the relevant match from start to finish.
– You are able to disclose the information specified by management, such as number of views, after the stream.
– You are not involved with management.
– Those who agree to all points of the Terms of Participation and Privacy Policy.
Terms of Participation
<General Rules>
– All applicants are participating in this project voluntarily.
Regardless of name or objective, our company will only view what is specified by the company, and will not take any responsibility for the offering of rewards and other economic profit, or preferential treatment.
– To participate in this project, you must follow the instructions given by management. If the company finds anything inappropriate, you may be instructed to revise your stream content, change your streaming method, stop the stream, etc. so please follow those instructions immediately.
– To participate as a streamer in the Dream Championship 2023 Final Regional Qualifiers (henceforth “this tournament”) and stream in your language, you must apply and be selected by the company. (From hereon, people selected to stream by the company will referred to as “streamers”).
– When applying and participating in this project, please be aware that in the event you are selected as a streamer, your equipment (including but not limited to smartphone, camera, microphone, video processing device, equipment to connect to the internet), utilities expenses, and all necessary expenses to stream this tournament remain your responsibility.
– Only those recognized by law to be an adult may participate in this project. Minors cannot participate even with the consent of a parent or guardian.
<About Streaming>
– Streamers will stream and broadcast this tournament held by the company on their individual YouTube channels.
– Streamers using “Spectator” Mode will login to their accounts for this service, spectate this tournament in Spectator Mode, and stream/broadcast it.
– Please make sure to not use expressions or language that some may find effective to ensure that all viewers can fully and safely enjoy the stream.
– The streamer is responsible for the copyright processing of all materials used in the stream, excepting those provided by this service.
<About Prohibited Acts>
The following acts are all prohibited.
– Providing false or faulty information about our company about applying or participating in this project.
– Any act that violates the Terms of Service, both for this tournament and the service overall. (i.e., all prohibited acts already specified in the Terms of Service)
– Acts that would obstruct the management of this tournament, those participating in this tournament, others participating in this project, other streamers, or other users of this service.
– Acts that would infringe upon the rights of third parties (not limited to intellectual property, publicity rights, privacy rights, reputation, or assets, etc.)
– Injurious, obscene, sexual, and vulgar or offensive speech or expressions in the stream. Speech or expressions that are discriminatory toward specific or non-specific individuals or groups, prejudiced, racist, hateful, provocative, or harmful. Also any political or religious speech or expressions.
– Using the stream to provide advertisements or invitation for transaction of those other than this company (including the streamers themselves).

Important Points
– If there are many applications, management will choose streamers.
* Only those selected will be contacted by management via Discord or email.
– No material rewards or recompense are offered for participating in this campaign.
– This campaign is not endorsed by or related in any way to Google LLC (YouTube) or Discord Inc. (Discord)
– Our company will not accept any responsibility for any warning or action that the streaming service takes against an official streamer of this campaign.
– This campaign is complete when applicants fill out and submit the form mentioned above.
– We make no assurances relating to damage received from a customer’s stream content.
